Firstly: At this point 451Press requires one update each day m-f (minimum) preferably before 10am (I blog the night before). Each post must be at least 200 characters long, and three of the five must have pics.
Currently the compensation is 40% of ad revenue (no that isn't very much) so it's best that you enjoy your topic.
Also, they really want people who live or spend a bunch of time in said city. From what I can tell, they are looking for a snapshot of life in the area.
