Now "The Eagle"? Do you mean the Rudolph Valentino Black and white silent film or is it something else??
Wow I have not seen that or any Valentino in years. Makes me want to listen to the Band Taco just for the Valentino song(Tribute To Tino)!

Of Course Valentino. He rules!
(the sheik would have been on the list, but it has a sequel) We only have 2 of his films at my library, but I taped the Eagle from TCM last year. I love silent film. Hugs back to you.

I don't know if you've read the Little Prince in it's original French format, but if you had I was wondering if the current English translation or AN English translation is/was acceptable.
And yeah, Garbage is awesome. Isn't Shirley Manson doing some kind of ad campaign for MAC cosmetics?

J'adore le petit prince en francais! My father has a copy. Actually, the english translation tends to be quite good, I've found. The whole hat vs. snake eating an elephant bit is hilarious in any language. The one I've never read in english is Camus's The Stranger.
Obviously I need to pay more attention to MAC ads. :)
