Happy Mardi Gras
Feb. 24th, 2004 11:12 pmSo, it's Fat Tuesday. Party on!
Tomorrow is the beginning of lent. I have decided that I should give up French Fries (again) AND Chocolate.
Yes, two of the tasty things that make life worth living.
This is going to suck, but I shouldn't be eating so much of that stuff anyway.
Mind you, after spending a couple of years without being able to eat either chocolate or dairy products, I have really gotten used to being to able to eat what I want (apart from my usual allergic avoidances).
Let's hear it for having no gall bladder!
I should also state here that lent, for me, isn't merely a religious exercise. It is also a spiritual and mental exercise.
To Conclude: My that chocolate frozen yogurt was good!
