A school...for tea?

(I heard that snickering)
Today, I discovered "Tea, A Magazine" at Newsbeat in Davis.
Upon perusing the website for said periodical, I have just discovered that they offer a 2 day intensive course for those interested in going into the tea industry.
(opening a tea room, for example).
2 days of learning about tea???
A School...for tea?
I must try this.
I have a new life's ambition.
Now...I think I'll have some tea.
