So, I'm sitting here at the reference desk...and I have this song stuck in my head.
It goes "Gloria, G L O R I A, Gloria" (Yes, it's from "Return to the Forbidden Planet")
And a patron just walked up to me and asked me to spell something for her.
Yeah. So, I said ok. And she tells me it's a person's name.
I get a pen and paper.
(Wait for it)
And She says..."Can you spell: Gloria?"

I kid you not.

I have the weirdest job.
(I even managed to write it down for her without snickering)
